Swords High
I decided to take up the challenge of leveling a stryder. Many people tell me to not waste my time and to just buy one. Sounds easy enough, but they cost a ton.

My question is this: Which Stryder should I level?
I know there are 3 : Star , WInd , and Twilight.

and...

Which would have the best sale value if I decide to sell it... (looks like there is good adena involved).

Thank You all for the input

Twilights are by far the easiest and cheapest to level. They are also the cheapest to use once they're a strider.

Stars would most likely have the highest sale value (once lvl 55).

Aye...me thinks an Equalizers is about! Swords High!

Twilights remain the cheapest to level. But on Gustin you can buy them for about 16 mill at lvl 55. If you want a scaly taxi then go that route.

Star striders will fethc the most if you wish to go that route, but the wind strider shouldn't do too poorly in resale either. Both have skills. Stars are mages with a self heal and an aura flare. It's rather nice with beast SS and Beast BSPS.

The Wind is the tank with UD and a stun. People complain about the stun, but to be honest, just let your beastie kill and fall back on stun once in a while (if it lands).

My Star gets to attack and use his Bright Burst skill, so I feel they are the best dragons around. :) But I am quite biased.

Most folks say a Tank should get a Wind (dragon tank). A Mage should geta Star (dragon nuker). Honestly, I've seen this switched, depending on your play style.

The dragons can only gain XP from the damage THEY do to a mob, so they don't level like those "fashionable" Baby C4 critters. Meh...

Anyhow, for more info on dragons, please check out my primer on the official site. (http://www.lineage2.com/guide/guides_strider.html)
