Keep checking dion they will show up in someones store. Usually there is atleast 2 people selling them in Dion. Save up though they are way overpriced.
It definitely depends on your server. I haven't seen Elven mithril gloves in Dion in a while now. I did find someone shouting they wanted to sell a pair. I asked how much and they responded 5 million. That's how rare they are right now on my server.
I'd suggest attempting to buy the mats in Giran or somewhere and have them crafted. Shout until you get someone to sell you one design/fabric/whatever then set up a buy shop for the rest (unless he actually offers them at a reasonable price, then buy all you can afford). You'd probably get it done faster.
there is a quest in heine u get to hunt alligators in alligator isle form the warehosue keeper u get map pieces as a secondary item u turn 10 of these in to get a m ap bring the map to one of thje merchants (he tell u who) and they send you to find the chest it leads too (alligaotr beech under the water) one of the items you have a chance to get fomr the chest is elven mithril gloves, good luck
yeah, as a precautionary statement about the above, I did that quest from lvl 40 to lvl 44 and got well over 10 maps. I got exactly 1 set of emg out of that, and 1 c armor enchant, plus lots of musical scores. not the best way of getting a pair ,really, outside of the have to be 42 to even attemt the map quest part.

Brace yourself, it only gets worse from here on out.
You can still use Mammon to swap/exchange weapons, but armor is entirely player bought/crafted/sold. And usually at a pretty hefty premium. Which has actually gotten steeper as most players no longer fight the mobs that drop the C grade parts!
The main issue is that parts for top grade equip only drop from mobs which are already in the next Grade levels. So when players should be working on Low C equip, mobs are only dropping High D parts. Which is understandable to a certain degree....until you factor in the truly abysmal drop rates for those parts. (For the speed at which you outlevel C grade this is truly broken. B grade and higher it's less of a problem, but still there.)
For those of you who have payed attention to the drop rate changes for each chronicle this illustrates one of the trends that NCKorea has. Namely, drop rates and items are high at the top end (relatively) for the then top grade and nerfed heavily as the playerbase collectively reaches top levels. Usually in the next chronicle. So all you Bounty Hunters enjoying good A spoils...be warned that there is a good chance those spoils will get nerfed heavily in C5. With the sub-class/noblesse system and the maxing out at S grade, it remains to be seen how deep the cuts will be as you are re-grinding levels instead of just grinding higher ones.
So the way to fix this would be to slow down levelling, take away the 20% exp bonus from C3 (or was it C2)...then you would have plenty of time to grind for the mats.
Seriously to OP, consider befriending and helping some scavengers, bounty hunters and warsmiths. They probably need people to hunt with, especially healers. Help them find the mats you need then have them help you craft it.
You will end up with friends, and gloves. Probably money, too....much better than just buying the things!
