i was wondering everyones opinion on the best tats & setup for my se. thanks!

+4/5 Wit -4/5 Men. This is absolutely vital, since dark elves have such sucky casting speed.
Then you could get Con dyes - a very good idea. Then you could also decide to get Dex dyes for running speed/evasion. Don't know how much more evasion that will turn out to be though, but higher running speed is always good.

+4 WIT -4 MEN
+4 CON -4 STR
+4 DEX -4 STR

The last one is not that important but the first 2 is quite nice.

if its a duel box se for a nuker get +4 con - 4 str so you can carry more sps

Hint for saving adena: if you won't be whacking mobs, consider getting +4con -5str tats from shop. they cost me 43.5kper one, which is 10 times cheaper than +4con -4str on market. -5or even -10 str won't mean anything if you just tag around group keeping party alive or have buffbox SE.
