How do you view things with the Ingame Recorder?
Movies you record yourself are saved in the Replay folder in the Lineage II directory. If you are downloading a replay, move the L2R file to that folder.

Click the Replay button at the bottom right of the Login screen to view the list of available replay files. Select the file to be played back and click the OK button.

The following keys can be used during playback:

* Keypad +: Speed increases
* Keypad -: Speed decreases
* Space Bar: Temporary pause/play again
* ESC: Go back to Login screen

After playback is complete, you will return to the Login screen.
Put replay you wanna watch to Replay folder. Create one in root game folder if it doesn't exist yet.
NB: Game will create it automatically if you record something in it.

Start the game, stop at login screen.
Take a look at bottom-right corner of the screen. You'll find Replay button there. Press it.
Select the replay you wanna watch in the list.
If you wanna free camera make sure "Lock camera" check is empty. If you wanna camera follow the position it has during recording, set a check.
There is another check named "Show chat" or soemthing like that, but it doesn't work (GG NCSoft). So it doesn't matter. May be in C6 it will become something more than just waste of screen space, who knows.

Then press ok button and wait for few seconds while game loads replay, graphics, sounds etc.

Now you are watching the record. You can use space to stop the action, rotate camera like you do it in game, increase (grey +) or decrease (grey -) play speed.
If you press Esc during playback, game will stop replay and go back to login screen.

Ah, one more thing. If you log in after replay you can see some rubbish in chat box. Don't pay attention to it - lazy programmers forgot to add chat messages removal in such cases.

Also, if you don't see summons or cubics in replay. Well... It's unfixed bug common to every current game client. For sure, people complain about it, but NCSoft doesn't bother to fix these little things in replays for few monthes. Don't worry, in C8 they will work (hopefully).
