Hi all, im new to L2 comeing freshly from the hell hole of WoW i have played many other games and this one caught my eye as something a little more challanging and fun. im currently a level 10 elf on the path to becomeing a SR (i know i know fruity elves and such ;-) thought id come here introduce myself and ask around about how to get into a guild. Not looking for anything particular except a good group of people to talk to hang out with and possibly answer some of my questions. From what ive herd mostly you dont find guilds till 30-40+ but i thought id come here and ask. Also nice to meet you all happy to be playing such a great game and cant wait to see some of you in game ;-)
you will not have a hard time to get a clan on your chosen path.
in fact its hard and rare to see new faces andfresh players in this game. you would be an asset to anyone.
just a few quick notes to you if you want to play it smart:
no doubt you are a novice character, get all the help from the newbie guide you can get in terms of support buffs, and gear exchange.
you will have a slow time of changing gear as you progress to level 20 into D grade, then into C grade after level 40 if you dont work hard to save.
to save: DO NOT USE SOULSHOTS UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. especially not with a bow. this will increase your downtime and slow down your levelling, but you will make a HELLA-TON more money this way.
Raid whenever possible, get familiar with what classes will help you level. like being grouped with a melee tank who can hold a mob at bay for you to hit, or a buffer/healer who can root a mob for you to hit without moving. raiding will be the best thing to moost your progress into D grade equipment. it will take a bit longer to do the same for C equipment if you dont get into a clan by then.
well, if you're looking for a clan made out of nice people, gimme a call in game (Arhana).
but be advice, we're level 3 and not yet in sieges... (but at your current level this won't be a loss :P)
other than that, if you want to party/chat as well, i'm alway happy to meet new people ;)
