whispering winds looking for them help please

hi all. I am looking for the whispering winds. They used to be above orc barracks where the festvals are. I see gigigling, babbling etc but no whispering winds. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance^^

Have you tried further north?... by the Abyssal Crystal?

They are around there, close to the shore and the cyrstal. I just killed some of them a few days ago.

Found them, thanks!
