How do you open the Hotkey menu?

Say you accidentally closed it or something. What's the command to bring it back?

This may in fact be in the game manual; however, due to an inability to find a hardcopy of the game I had to DL it and thus have no game manual.

If its your hotkey bar then press ALT+X to open the Options/Community/Macro/Help/Petition thing (does it have a name, lol) and then choose options. Go to the game tab and click initialize.

Note: if your screen starts spinning, uncheck the gamepad box.

You could call it that. The official site refers to it as a Hotkey window. So that gives us three things it has been called in this very thread. Now that it has been thoroughly named, any idea how to open it? :eek: :D
