Hello, Lvl 70 H.E with +4 STR -4 CON, and +4 DEX -4 CON Majestic Light Armor +1 DEX -1 CON = -9 CON. I can't kill +CON nukers I was thinking taking off +4 STR -4 CON, and +4 DEX -4CON and adding +3 DEX -3 CON and -2 DEX -2 CON so total will be -6 con should be way better. But do I really need STR more or DEX? Also what you guys recommend for Soul Bows SA Quick Recovery or Cheap Shot?
its all a matter of taste. rule #1 nukers win... so dont be to bothered about that :p not dumping con to get more dex, and some str would lose you alot in the damage department. i`d probebly still go +4 str +4dex -8 con, that extra HP you would have otherwise is 1 nuke anyway
about the bow, CS is so nice, you probebly know.. running out of mana isnt a big problem anymore. QR is more of a pvp SA, but personally id think i would be hunting more then PVPing so the CS is nice
CS is a PvE only and genereally not usable in PvP (if you manage to deplete your mana pool just shooting.. well you have done amazing).
You dont need more dex in anyway. Why do you need extra dex against nuker? A very, very slight boost to crit rate and attack rate, that's all. Totally not worth HP loss.
