When better use Sin Eater?

Hi, last night i went in rage in darkelf land and killed 11 bots before dying by a guard. To wash my karma i lose around 7 lvls... ok.. but now i got 11 pk in stat.
I heard that using a Sin Eater i can reduce the pk stat... i plan to retake my 7 lvls before use Sin Eater (i was near to 20 now i'm 13)... is Sin Eater dependant on your level?

I mean.. i know he eat exp every kill but the amount of pk reduced in stat is in relation to the level of toon?
It's better use him at 20 or 13?

Amount of PK's it take out each time you run the Sin Eater is random, could 1, could be 5 at a time.

Heh, at that level I'd probably not bother washing, or sin-eatering, and just re-roll - but I'm not very attached to my characters.

I don't think you'll be able to complete any of the tasks set by the Black Judge at level 13.

But if you can, you will level your sin eater faster than when you're 20. It'll be really fast at 20 too though, so don't worry about it.
It took me about 30-45 minutes in my early 50s (I think)
