Buffed or unbuffed? Mass pvp or 1v1? Olympiad?

PvE: SH > Necro (not by a large margin though, especially if you can afford the bones)
PvP: Necro >>>>> SH

Honestly I love my Dark Wizard which is also becoming a SH and even if someone says Necro's are strong is all depends on how well they are built by he person if you build your SH right and someone else screws up or doesn't have the proper gear or something on their necro you will instantly win and still even if the necro is built right you still have a fair chance so make which ever class sounds more interesting to you!
