I've had a few alliancemates quit, and more are tossing the idea now because of the lag spikes they have been getting for almost two months now. The problem only affects them when they log into Sieghardt. They can play other servers at the moment, but when you've rolled a lvl 76 toon on a server and spent countless hours, not to mention built friendships on Sieghardt you can't just "roll another toon" on another server, as they've been told to do in the meantime. My gripe is with the lack of updates in progress NC has made in fixing this issue. Its been on going for almost two months as I've previously stated, yet there is a total of two messages from the techies at NC. Is it so hard to keep your customers informed? If they atleast were given the notion that you guys are putting a high priority on this then maybe they'd be willing to stick around. In the meantime I've lost two allies, and more are likely to go soon. Please keep your customers more informed.
