I understand that the only way to safely attempt to enchant a weapon beyond +3, is to use Blessed scrolls. I have been looking on TEON now for days for Blessed Enchant Weapon C's. No joy, no one is selling. If they are dropped, where can I find them, or are they from Mammon? They exist in the game, but where?
Blessed enchants are selling for such a high price I think they are not worth using unless you get 1 as a drop. 10mil for a C grade blessed enchants is to much IMO.
Seen a grade blessed enchants going for 60mil LMAO.
