fishing

anybody got any suggestions or hints for fishing. E.g. how to tell which skill to use when you start using lures above beginner level. ty!

use fish shot! get the quest from the guy u buy ur lures from, most monsters you kill give you sweet fluid which he turns into the grade fish shot of your choosing. that way you can catch a fish in like 4 hits ;) also fish in heine...i found that i got the best drops from the "catch of the day" fishing around that area. good luck to ya! beware the fish lords :p

To tell which skill to use is simple. Look at the HP bar for the fish. If the bar is not moving, use Pumping.
If the bar IS moving, use Reeling.

Take those two simple steps and you should have a very high catch rate with high grade lures at any level.

But even if you think the bar is not moving, don't hit Pumping until the timer changes its value :D

Yeah, because a case of LAG. Can make fishing really hard.
