When they say only one object will be in effect, does this mean, should a person be so lucky as to have a necklace, ring and earring, that these do NOT stack but rather only one will be in effect or since they are distint units, they stack on top of each other????

I believe it means two Rings of Ant Queen won't give you twice the benefit. But you will get everything from Ring of Ant Queen and Ring of Baium.
