I currently just hit 40 today with my Prophet and I have dye's for tha tattoo's I was just wondering how I go ahead and use them do I have to click on them or go see someone to put them on? and is it true that I need 10 of each of the same dye? and that I am allowed 3 tattoo's each adding something different?
You are allowed 3 tattoos, each adding something different or the same. Each tattoo requires ten dyes to put on, and when you remove it, you will receive 5 dyes back.
The NPC to see about your tattoos is the Dye NPC in the magic shop in just about any time. He'll put them on for a charge.
Afaik i doesn't matter when you get your tat, as long as its after second class change at level 40.
Beware tho, you cannot increase a stat more than +5, but u can lower more than -5. Therefore, if you put on 2 +4Int/-4Men tats, you will result in +5 Int and -8 Men :p
I got mine straight at 40, just now took the first set of two off at 54 and will probably take off the other to replace it with my finalised PvE/PvP tats soon enough.
