Light doom set question

I see doom boots and glove, doom light boots and gloves and doom heavy!!!

will the ones marked without heavy or light specs work with either set?

Sort of. You need to take those to a town blacksmith and have them "unsealed" (you choose heavy or light). This is free and can be reversed. Make sure they are unequipped before talking to the NPC.
