I don't know if anyone has asked this before, but does anyone know the effects of applying tats, or has a list of them?

+4str-4con = ?% gain for str and ?% loss for health?
+4men-4int = ?% gain for mp and ?% loss for matk?
+4with-4int = ?% gain for castspeed and ?% loss for matk?
