So I'm a lvl 38 Shilien Oracle currently... I realize I can't start the 3rd quest until lvl 39, but I digress... I've already done the first two of the class change quests and have been looking online for where to start the third. Or rather... what the quest is called.
I found a good site that has a listing of all the lvl 39 transfer quests, but they don't say which classes they are for :p
Thanks for the help guys.
