Help With In-Game Video Recording Feature Plz.

Hey guys, I recently took a video using the In-game video recording feature and now want to play around with it a bit. The only thing I can seem to do is view it by clicking on the "Replay" option. Is there a way I can convert this to play on another program or post it somehow?

I just covered this same question just not a minute ago.....
