Problem with a Quest! Can u help?

Hi there!! I'm doing the Quest "Subjugation of the Lizardmen" (Lv.17 Quest in Gludin) and I'm at the last part, where they ask me to Slay Bifrons. Ok... the problem is... WHERE are the Bifrons?¿?¿

I look around the place pointed in the map, but I'm not able to fin the Raid... T_T

Can someone tell me if I'm blind, or if there's something else?

Bifrons is in the water, on the southern shore south of Floran. He is a raid boss with minions. You cannot kill him by yourself.

Yeah, bring a party (or so) of nukers, a tank and a healer to take him down. (I've never done this particular raid boss, but I assume it's not terribly different from other raid bosses even though it's a spcial lowbie quest raid boss),
