What's the best CG Gear for a SH?

I'm currently on the path to a SH and I was wondering what is the best weapon and best gear at CG for them? I've been told Doom but it -270 to their health and then I've also been told Karimain b/c it increases attacking speed? and I've been told to go with the Homokulus sword with the Acumen SA on it? Thanks for the advice in advance :)

Demon set
Homu with acumen (over enchanted if possible)

+4 WIT -4 MEN
+4 INT -4 MEN
+4 CON -4 STR

thanksa lot and was just wondering is th knowledge set the best to currently use till CG or is the mithril set better for a Dark Wizard? I'm currently have a SOL & Shield

If you have gloves..the Knowledge set would be from my viewpoint. If not, it doesn't really matter ;)

Mithril Robes set reduces your Matck and increases your cast speed.

Knowledge set increases your Matck but reduces your MP regen.

Mithril=healers
Knowledge=nukers

Might want to take off your knowledge gloves when sitting for better MP regen... just remember to put them back on for fighting. :)

As a nuker, once you've reached the point where you defeat a single White or Green mob with 2 spells cast, you've reached perfect equilibrium and maximum efficiency.

If you find that you can do that in Demon, then get Demon.

However, if you find that you can do that in Karmian, then your playstyle will determine which robes you'll get.

Personally I chose Karmian. But when my SH was in C grade, it wasn't a difficult choice. Karmian or Divine were your choices. The only one way to get a pair of Demon Gloves involved the Wish Potion Quest and defeating the great Demon King, which was like soloing a Raid Boss. Mission not possible.

The acumen weapon gets the nod from me either way. (And we didn't have any stinking SA's for our weapons either. You guys have it made!)

The wishing potion quest is NOT the only way to get demon gloves ^_^ it might've been when you were leveling your SH, but you can also get them with level 2 membership with the Coin Quest. If you know anyone that has it, it takes 200 gold wyverns. ^_^

Yes, I was referring to back in the day, not currently. These days Demon Gloves are easy to come by. I was just giving my version of the "..when I was a kid, I walked 15 miles to school in the snow, barefoot, uphill, both ways, carrying 40 pounds of books...and I LIKED it!" story. :D

Well I've got my Demon set already I just wanted to make sure it was the right choice :)
