we all now this is a open pvp game ... that is kinda nice
but is abuse pvp alowed ??? and hm usign pvp to force poeple to leave guild kinda over kill not like once or twice but more then that by hihg lvl player ??
say my law doesnt allow poepl to do harrasment
and rules of conduct say to not make other popel games bad
and i guess eveynone agree if you get killed over and over and over again tyhat not fun i can accept once or twice but not over and over
and certtanly not by haviong the biggest guild fighting each other and then killing on the newbie to get them out of other guilds or ally what as far as i now is not allowed to

Harassment would inclue verbal harassment, such as pming you excessively on alt characters because you blocked them.
Talking about sexual things, not leaving you alone verbally.
Pvp is part of the game, if you dont like it, dont exp near other people, there is no such thing as harassment by killing you, getting lost % back at low levels is easy, try losing 4% at level 77, then whine.
Just kill him back, or call higher level people in, people are helpful in this game ya know.
Judging by your signature all your characters are low lvl. I can understand your frustration. When I played on TEON I was in three diferent clans that broke up because of being griefed so much you coupldn't play the game. I quit the game and wouldn't be playing now if I hadn't had RL friends talk me into coming back.
I play on a different server now and we are at war with several clans. They try to grief us we grief them back. Depending on your play stile this can be good or bad. But this is an open pvp game. I wouldn't want it to change either.
All I can say is move on to another clan. reroll another toon on that server or another server, or quit. Because what you described is a legitimate tactic to destroy your enemy.
By the way I still have that toon on TEON. Every now and then when I get bored I log on there and PK everyone I see until I die. Its great for taking out your frustration.

i do agree to kill your enemy but not a player fun to play and that what happens that you kill other players fun and so that should be in a way punished or warned not over doing it

It's been stated over and over (and over and over) by NCSoft that this applies outside of the game. In game, we have the right (some say the duty) to harass, PK, grief and annoy you at every turn. The very idea of a clan war is to get the other side to either surrender or have their people leave the clan so, yes, this is supported and encouraged.

This is very much allowed. If you are at war, and your enemy clan's members start leaving so that they are not suffering war deaths any longer, they will have no fighting force... and lose the war. It may not be "honorable", but it is most definitely a legit strategy.
The idea that somehow 'griefing' a person off the server is possible is the fantasy I use to sustain myself (lol).
As a low/new player--I've been killed by dam near everybody....some cause that's what they do, some in guild skirmishes, some random, and some by griefers.
For the true a-hole griefer---I sure want it to be POSSIBLE to kill them everytime they log on till they quit in tears (though my rational self knows this will never happen).
Getting repeatedly killed sucks....and I should know! It is not harrassment though. If you call a person a name today---you've ASSAULTED them (hahahahaha). THat, unfortunately, is all that the in-game developers were concerned with.
You can cheat another player, grief another player, steal from another player, scam another player---but don't use a term in chat that questions their sexual orientation...........

Funny thing is that since I don't trash talk and don't react to taunts, I'm sure it ****** them off even more.
