So it is against the EULA to post accusations of people using illegal programs on the forums. Does it go the same for this in Server wide, Hero chat where the accused can't respond?

3. Knowingly false
So, a few things. If it's true it's not slander and unless it was you who was killed you can't say for sure. Second most people who bot are well known for it and a hero shout isn' going to rally cause much change to their standing.
Sir E could be more specific on this i think though.
the sad part is you can say lots of things in regular chat, shout, and trade, but if you say it in hero chat you will get 72 ban. I understand it is seen by everyone, but if you say that same thing in any other public chat, it is fine.
No it is not and leave the heroes a lone they are better than you.

well as LC know my server, the heros say who they just killed in pvp. kind of funny when they yell that they killed 6 people. then say it again 7 minutes later.

These comments were made against people who are well know for being against 3rd party program use, it is intentionally damaging to their reputation.
One main difference between hero and open chat is that the accused can defend themselves in open chat, when lies are spread across the whole server with no means of defence it is obviously malicious slander and should be punishable. Why is it punishable on these boards if it isn't offensive?
