Hiya
Guys i'm trying to sell chilly codran crops and blue codran crops for like 3 days ... See them still in purchase seed list but cannot sell them...

Will there be any chance to do so ?

Regards
Good luck, i'm try to sell back 2k of red coda since like 6 months, never managed to do it.
If you see them being purchased by the manor still and cant sell them back, Id say you are doing something wrong.

Gludio and Dion are set to buy back max amounts on all fruit.
Those uberautoplayers still selling them back the second you can or they been banned??
They try to.

We have found you can beat them to it if you get there right at the reset time.
**** don't get it Still cannot sell any of those **** fruits geez and i could use some of those mats ;/

Regards
You pretty much have to hit the "sale" button the second your able to sell back, which for me is about 6 minutes after reset time. Might take you about 3 days to get the exact time right but it is possible, and start with selling back only about 600 a day or so. Just makes it easier.
lol, i might be wrong, but wasnt that about 20 minutes ago? If so then your not handing in at the right time. The reset time is 9pm est.

In that screenshot it shows no buyback for that fruit at the castle.

I think.
Either that or it was all bought out.
Wouldnt it still show the amount they were buying back if it was bought out?

I dont pay much attention to the interface on the farmer side I guess.
I think you're right..

If he clicks one of the crops then it will show a screen with a drop down that will let him choose what town he wants to turn those crops in at.

Correct. He's at the Aden Manor (HV is Under Aden) and Aden's buyback is all sold back. Hence the 0's for buybacks. If he selects a Fruit and Clicks "Edit Sales" he will be taken to another window where it shows all Manors that are buying those seeds.

It's possible that although Aden is capable of making those seeds, they are currently NOT producing/buying them. Or they could just all be bought for the day.

And note: Aden, Oren and Giran are currently the only 3 manors who can make/buy these.
WoW thx guys for reply
Well what can i say i have no problems with any other fruits beside those... I know about Edit sales stuff and i looked into giran and oren manor to sell them back...
Maybe simply u r right all of them r sold or they cannot produce no more seeds...
Anyways tyvm

One thing you can do is use the "Manor Status" link from the Manor Agent to see what the total buybacks are. Use the 'Current Crop' tab with the drop down for city and see how much each city is buying. If they are all maxed out, you may need to just camp the manor on reset to try and sell back. Your two fruits aren't quite in demand as Varnish/Bone so you have a good chance to sell back if your on within an hour of reset.
I've successfully bought back the max amounts on nearly all the crop available to Gludio. So, tonight I have reduced the amount of seeds I'm selling to account for the stockpiles people may have. At some point the abundance of seeds will come down if I continue to only buy at max levels, and not sell any seeds. Please don't get discouraged ^^

Also, tax rate for Gludio has been reduced to 5% :O
yay low taxes ftw :), will prolly come around tommorow (if bloody store got l2 copy and gamecards T_T, no comp store in big city had it T_T, hopefully specialised store does :()

and seed :), can ya sell all low seeds back btw? =X or those cough [censored] -.- -.- -.- bots still turn them in the second buyback starts?
The idea is that if I'm not selling seeds, then you won't have to worry about beating them to the buyback as there will always be an available amount. Make sense?
LoL I dumped 2700 or so blue coda fruits after manor came up :)
3800 more blue codas to process. And 1200 desert ...
Thanks for the manor Beer, I consider Gludio one of the best due to low level hunting grounds, insane killing speed of mobs, and high amount of seeds.
hmm, i just hope i can get my hands on some seeds than :), and taht i can sell them rather late on teh day, cus i aint gettin up in the middle of the night to sell some fruits
3am is not ideal time for me either
im getting poor and need to do manor system, so 9 pm est is when you turn in seeds?

Yes... right after you see "Olympiad Game has started"

PS I'm going to setup the alternate seeds for sale tonight, but they won't be available until tomorrow.
also a few other questions
if i buy seeds that are lower than me, can i use them on lower mobs? or do i have to be same lvl as the seeds, so lets say i seeded on light blue mobs, would there be a penalty?
Yes there will be a penalty.

They wont land as often, if you get to low they wont land at all.

For best performance you need seed, mob, and char in the same level range.
quick two more questions
does higher buyback mean i get more stuff from it?

at 9 eastern is that when i can rebuy seeds or is that at 11 eastern

Here's a quick -N- dirty guide to what the hell you should seed.

Do NOT use seeds below their minimum level.
Do NOT use seeds on mobs that are not Green or White.

...and here's the long winded explanation if you want some more information.

1)Every seed has a base % (+/-5%) to sow on a mob in its level range. This % is closely related to how much fruit you will get also. So for example on 1x HP mobs Dark Codas will sow at 100% returning 230 Fruit. (230% return ratio.) Lute Coda's on the other have a 60% chance to sow and will only return 1 fruit per seed. (Thus 60 fruit per 100 seeds for a 60% return ratio.) This basic 'return percentage' provides you with a good baseline for what you can seed reliably. This base percentage is related in some way to the HP of the mobs in its level range.

2) The optimal range for any seed is from it's Minimum Level listed up to 10 levels over it's maximum. This level range is more dependent upon YOUR level than the mobs you fight. Once you go more than 10 levels over it's maxmimum the seed will begin to fail increasingly. You can go slightly higher with a seed that has a good base return rate, but all seeds seem to fail increasingly at 10 levels over their maximum.

3) You will get the most reliable seeding on Green and White mobs. It is possible to continue to seed a mob for the first level of light blue with minimal failures, but anything below that will fail at a exponential rate. Seeding yellow and Red mobs will fail at a increased rate regardless of the seeds level.

4) In order to increase your seeding rate and your return ratio you need to seed mobs with greater HP. Thus 'strong type' mobs will provide a bonus roughly equal to their HP multiplier. (And conversely weak mobs will have a penalty.) Thus seeding 2x HP mobs with a 60% seed will give you a roughly 120% chance to sow, and roughly a 120% return. (The acutal return will be slightly less in practice according to my results so far...but it isn't that far off.) You may also get better seeding rates just by seeding mobs in the upper ranges of the seeds effective range. Thus a seed with a 80% chance with a L12-22 range may effectively become a 95% seed or greater if you use it while you are L22-32. This is more noticable when their is a large increase in HP from the lower mobs to the higher ones. (Even if they are both 1x HP.)

5) When seeding above the seeds normal range you will get the occasional failure. Most of the time it will be compensated for by the additional returns you get. What matters in the end is the overall rate of return for all your seeds.

Manor reset is at 9pm EST. There is a short delay before you can use the manor to buy/sell however.

The buyback amount determines how many materials you get in return for your fruit. In general though:

[ (Fruits * 1.1) * Buyback] / Material Value = # of materials you will recieve in return.

NOTE: There appears to be a slight bonus to the mats you recieve over what their value would indicate. I am not 100% sure how much or where this comes from, but it is noticable enough that I added the 1.1 multiplier to the equation.
Group mobs will also give a slightly higher return than 1x HP mobs. It seems like the return rate goes along with the XP, as long as the mob's level is within the proper range. (same as mentioned above by pain amp)

Also, to find the material value that he shows in the equation, offer to sell a mat to the store.. they offer half of the material value.

Hmmm...interesting note there about the XP. I don't seed enough mobs with XP bonuses in enough numbers to seperate them versus same level mobs with lower XP. I'll have to keep my eyes open on that. Usually XP and HP are pretty closely related though and XP bonuses on things like archers/stunners are usually under 10%. Might be better for higher level mobs...but I'm not working those.

Which group mobs are you talking about specifically? Most group mobs I've seen are 1/2 HP (XP) and as such seem to fail the seeding chance more often. (1/2 rate) The only mobs I know of that are 1x HP are the Lageos/Pageos groups and I don't remember them giving me extra fruit when I did those....course that was long enough ago I can't remember if I seeded them at all either.
Bighands is correct, Pain, mobs that offer an xp bonus (for example, if they are a field mob, an archer, have tons of abilities, are in a group, etc) offer just slightly more crops per seed. I just tested this a few minutes ago--

2x HP lvl 50 dungeon mobs-- 2, 2, 3, 3, 2, 3, 3, 2
2x HP lvl 50 field archer mobs-- 3, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3

Also, I'm copying your post at the top of this page and putting it into a word document-- I've always tried to explain that to people but have been incapable of articulating clearly. Thank you :D
Try the Swamp Tribes groups on alligator isle, their return is as good or better than 4x hp mobs. ;)

Do NOT use seeds on mobs that are not Green or White.

i use it on light blues all the time...

SCORE!

Just kidding :p
The reset is less than 10 seconds after the Olympiad message comes up, so yes there is a delay, but very minimal.

To calculate your reward more accurately...

If the reward were animal skin, the system price for animal skin is 150a (this is the value you would get if you sold it to an npc).

If the seed that gives animal skin has a reward set at 1500, you will get 10 animal skin per crop you return to that manor. Keep in mind that Aden takes 10% of the reward, so you would really only get 9 animal skin.
I think both buyback and sale reset at the same time, but I might be wrong.

And if there's no sale of seeds, that's because Beer's trying to get a lil more balance into the system, so that it's not only the botters taking advantage of the Manor, but also the lower and higher lvl players that take the effort to actually seed and make money that way. (I could be totally wrong, but this is what I think he's doing :P)
