Creating a Clan

Hello, I was reading the section about clans, aliances and manors and I came across a question as I read...

"Any character over level 10 may create a clan. When a character has reached level 10 or higher, he/she can go to the NPC responsible for clan creation."

Here is the question: Who is the person (npc) you talk to, to make a clan?

The clan-creation NPC will be one (usually the highest) NPC in the area where you train skills. Go to the NPC with the highest sounding title, and start a converstion; see if 'Create a Clan' comes up on the option table. If not, try the other NPCs there. (Orcs have it a bit rougher, as their trainers are spread out; and Dwarves train in the Blacksmith shop, but the Clan dude is more likely in the Elder Hall.)

I have not created a clan, or I could be more specific.

Here is the question: Who is the person (npc) you talk to, to make a clan?

Warehouse manager, if I recall (at least in Gludin).

Jute, thank you for making my work life more entertaining. Your stroies make my time go by faster... since I have a night shift (dun get out till 12 am ) it gets preaty slow at time. They REALLY help out.

I made my clan in the Dion church, talking to the head guy there. The one standing up at the front.
I don't remember his name...he never calls..never writes.
