When was this server created? The game has minimized me (minimized the game window to the Start bar for windows) several times while playing on the Bartz server and then just now all the mobs disappeared on me while I was grinding, including all of the NPC's out of the starter city.
Is this game really that unstable? If so, then how come it has made it to a two year anniversary. I really like this game, I just want to know what I got myself into by buying this game. I'm not used to these sorts of problems with a game, except for SOE's SWG.
There are sometimes some stability issues which stay pretty severe for a week or two and then get fixed - the wrost problem ATM is Gameguard with its lovely explorer crashes.
If you're in for bug-free stable software, you should probably say good-bye to PC gaming altogether and move on to a console.
not sure but maybe you have other things running the same time ? Sometimes those applications turn in front e.g. like virus scanning or such. Could happen they collidate with the game. Try to run it in alt-enter mode (as window) - maybe you can see what happens then. I havent had any issues lately .. but I see how the game slows down when any other application turns on - its not THAT stable :P
