Hello everybody, my name in-game is Jamillya and i'm the leader of Blanche clan on Teon. My clan is more than one year old and composed by players who just want to spend good times together in this game.
But today, 5 of my members were banned from linage2 because someone report that they were using 3rd party program to play. I know some of them since 1 year, and I know some of them in real life too, and I'm absolutly sure that they never use that kind of programs.
I don't understand why 5 guys could be banned without have been warned, do the gm only checked veracity of those petitions ???
We can see whole armies of bots on teon and they are always here, but 5 legit players could be banned so quickly...
The only things I can say is check the logs ncsoft, check all that you can check and you will see that you do a big mistake.
I hope someone here could hear me and maybe help us.

It can be everything from [removed], [censored] program. making you zoom longer etc etc.
Im sry but most players (almost everyone) that get banned have done something that has been breaking the EULA.
And if they havent done anything a support ticket to NC would clear things up...
We are waiting for support ticket reply, and hope that all will be arranged.
And I say it one more time, i'm absolutly sure that they don't break the eula.
Lets just say my girl friend and i live in the same appartment and we play L2 together. she has been told she was a cheater while i was not.
These 5 people often play together. dont you think strange things happen sometimes ?
I think im not banned because i left them last week to play in hc while they where in apo or else. so i think i got luck.
Remember what you said and consider you ve spend 8 months in a clan. and all will be erased. what might you think ?

It's totally inadmissible!! this five players play on teon since a long time and they never use third party program!!! It's a BIG BIG BIG mistake !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think it wouldn't be the first time NC makes mistakes tbh. If they are perfectly legit for sure, I hope they'll find their way back to the server. :(
Aye, we had a problem like that too with one of our members. He just got banned without warning but he got unbanned thru support as it was all a mistake in the end.
