Oh lol, can't log into the forum right now. I'll ask here. Perhaps you could ask Rust as to why it seems like NCSoft NA is so intent on leaving L2 in mediocrity, its promotions compared to other NCSoft products is dismal, there's no displays for it, there's no "kits" for events like LAN parties and the availability of updated Lineage 2 boxes in stores and Lineage 2 game cards are very limited, if not non-existant in many areas.
With the huge increases in subscription numbers for the NA servers, there should be more than enough money for a big marketting push.
