I recently reactivate my l2 account which has been deactivated for well over a year now. When I log in to plaync using my account info, it shows that I currently have a subscription to lineage2, but when I try to log into the game or to create a forum user name, I get a wrong account/password info error.
Does anyone know if it takes time to activate? Could the account being so old have anything to do with it? Thanks.

You have to remember that the PlayNC login has a different password than the Game itself. (Or at least it should if your being careful!) If you can login to the PlayNC account you should be able to use the manage accounts options to reset the password for the game itself. Barring that you will need to contact support.
