How do I set my clan emblem??

Hi all:

I went to warcry and saved the file to my systems folder under lineage II, but when I try to set my clan emblem I get a message saying that I can register only 16x12 emblems in 256bit.bmp color.

But, it has all those characteristics! How exactly do I do this? Please help. What folder exactly when I duoble click LineageII folder so I put it in? Crest/ Gamegurad??

Is the file a bmp, 16x12 and 256 colors? Or was it saved as a jpeg? You might have to export it in photoshop or some other similiar program.

I got it off of warcry, and i saved it as a .bmp, but it came as a .jpg

Someone please help, I have to write soon. :(

Put it wherever

Like C:\pic.bmp

then just type c:\pic.bmp

if you put the pics in the system folder you don't need to type the entire path.
