plz help me

hello.today i registered at the official servers for my first time.i believe that i did averthing right because a game account created message was sent to my mail.the problem is that i can not login in the game for abought 1.5 hour.plz someone help me

You can have a different password for the game and the forums. Perhaps you setup the game with a different one?

no the password is right.i know because i changed it many times to see if it works and nothing.the pass is different from the forum's.when i registered an plaync it asked me if i wanted the same game account as the plaync account, and i said yes.i don't know what u mean when i setup the game

once or twice but i am sure that the password is right.i don't know i am very dissapointed

Where did you buy your game cd key from?

write to l2 support and wait for an answer. they usually respond quickly to that kind of thing. And have some patience :p. You sound very desperate to play lol.

the cd key is ok.i received the mail that the game account is ok.anyway i might send to the support.thnx:)

Does your password contain any numbers? Mine used to and I couldn't log in the game back then. Changed it to all letters and haven't had a problem since.

You should contact support, but....

You may be having problems with the fact that both your log-in name and your password entry are case-sensitive.

When I get the 'password is not correct' message, it is because I have left the 'Caps Lock' on. Make sure you typed the name and password using the exact letters you created the account with.
