I am asking this question for a friend of mine who is a level 38 ES and soon to be 40 PW.

What is a good set up for PVE PW in B grade?
He wants to start saving money now so when he does hit B grade he will be good to go?

doom, but it's not so good. PL is way better but lack pdef.

+4str -4con when you can afford it, 40lvl might be a bit too soon, you lack HP in general. I'd not nerf my con further for dex, you have plenty anyways.

I'd go zubei leather and +4dex -4con, and a focused kris, it should make a pw a proper crit machine.

PW will have over 260 crit rate w/ focused kris w/o any extra buffs, +4dex wont help as much as +str (i am pretty sure about). Since PW lacks passive boost to criticals only viable boost is VS (aside DW/FireDance/Cat).

Zubei is an option choice but doom gives boost to evasion as well, better pdef and untill boost evasion 3 (58lvl), evasion is not decent at all. W/o evasion buff (WC/OL/EE) white mobs will hit regardless the evasion (well, it depends indeed, accuracy greatly differs among mobs, for example FP tigers have horrible accuracy [but stun and great evasion on their own] and virtually most archers have bad accuracy)

Still if you have VR3+ buff, you may dish out any B grade and stick to PL until late 60s.

Thats alot of adena ....He will have to stay in C grade for awhile
