Question about 7s and seal stones

Hi there~~
I have a q concerning 7s.

If i was signed to Dawn, and i've contributed some seal stones and Dawn lost (yeah ;/) i don't get any aa for the seal stones right ?
But the Priest is teling me that he will keep the seal stones for the future event.

So my q is: will i get revard for the contributed seal stones if Dawn will win the next event, or is it rebooted everytime a new event starts ?

But i have another question.
To get aa i have to participate in the next evert or can i recive it in 1 month ?

I mean:
My time card expires 20 of may and i would like not tu buy one untill i pass my exams so i won't be tempted;p
So can i get my aa eg in June ? Or do i have to do it in the next event ?

i havent done it since the first weeks of C3 but i recall handing seal stones on dusk
changeing to dawn
changeing back to dusk, and haveing 0 seal stones contributed
