You don't need it really. If you're looking for a start location, you can get it on this site. Library --> Quests.
The rest, you can read in your quest tab. If you look carefully, I've also described them in my SS guide. Maybe it's not accurate enough?

You now need to get to a treasure chest in the varka village "undiscovered". You may not attack any Varka Silenos at this part of the quest, and I'm not sure if you can heal someone who is/has attacked one. So bring a good DD and another healer fr this part. You can be partied.
Sure about that? I thought you could not even be partied with anybody who attacks Silenos at this point. We escorted somebody to the chest (in party) and he did not get the item. He then restarted this part and followed out of party, then it worked.
The next part of the quest is at Forsaken Plains. Port there from Aden, and run to where the yellow pin is.
When you talk to the tablet there, a quest monster [Fallen Angel Tanakia] and an NPC [Abyss Saint Elcardia] fighting it will appear.
The only thing you need to do, is talk to the NPC. Then talk to the tablet again.
I had to do this part several times because I was not sure what I was supposed to do (NPC always shouted "help me", but did not tell me HOW I was supposed to help :) ). In the end I help fight the mob until it disappeared, and then I talked to the NPC and got the item. Did you get the item just by talking to the NPC, without doing anything else?
Yeah, me and the spellhowler were partied with a spellsinger and and elven elder who were killing the varkas. No problems there :)
It took a while for me to figure out what to do at forsaken plains too. I tried to kill the mob with my bow, but the NPC said that we couldn't defeat it like that, and eventually the mob disappeared.
Then talked to the tablet again, and I tried to buff and heal the NPC, and that didn't work either.
Then I summoned them again, and just talked to the NPC, which seemed to do the trick.
