Obviously he is referring to dingbats. 16 Dingbats is a reasonable price for a month of subscription I guess. Most other MMOGs charge 13-17 dingbats per month too.

Dingkitten
I pay quarterly for both accounts so I save a couple of Dingbats every 3 months.
I changed to pay by GTC, when the CC-payment method from europe was suddely charged with 17% export tax, which is more dingbats, than I want to just throw away. GTCs for some obscure reason do not seem to have export taxes applied to them.

Why the hell do I have to pay a state tax for a service that is provided to me from a different state?! It makes no **** sense. Nonethless I'm used to sales tax anyway and its really not that unreasonable but I still don't understand why states get to collect on something they have NOTHING to do with. This game's subscription fees will not break a local economy, lol, this tax is seriously unjustified. Were some 'geniuses' in Washington DC like, "OMG, MN economy is slipping....you know if we taxed the whole 20 people that play L2 in Minnesota we may improve it." lol. Go pay taxes on your [censored] **********s you worthless, rich polititians. Maybe we should make them pay the taxes on their 'business trips' while the public picks up the actual bill, lol.
Do not ask why, that's just how states and republics and kingdoms work.
Anyway, did you know that some 'Geniuses' in DC want to charge for VOIP transfers same as for phone calls, because it is "basically the same"? DO you see any logic in that?
TAX THEM ALL!!!!!!
Talk about globalisation anyway: I pay US dollars from Slovak bank account for a game made in Korea, playing it from Europe. And every part of it wants to take a little "fee" for allowing it.
