+4Con, -4 Dex Inks.

I've checked the Trader Of Mammon, and the Ink store in town, but neither of them seem to have a "+4Con-4Dex" ink.

Does anyone know if... I'm just overlooking something, or if they actually DO exist?

Maybe you don't know that (as there are not people who actually do that) but in Heine you can find all the dye's in the shop :)

Hmmm either you missed it cause Mammon should have it, or you weren't looking for the right one. After lvl 40 you need greater dyes or something, not regular ones. They're the thick bottles, not skinny ones :p. And to my knowledge NPC's don't sell 2nd class dye's.

They do, just slightly crappy ones. Like you can get a +4 CON -5 STR one for like 39k each, which if you are a nuker, is a great deal compared to 300k each for +4 CON -4 STR.

Yeah I always get +4/-5, much much cheaper than wasting on a little extra +1 to your minused stat.

Also, I really really really recommend you don't get a -Dex tat... ever. No class can really justify one.
