PlayNc and how do i do it from Europe ?

Ok so i follow the link on the left menu :

And it opens this :

I click on account, and it still shows the same page. I already have a up and running account for over a year, but i need to renew it soon, with a gametime card. But how am i supposed to do that ? I click on the us flag, click account, COOL, it opens this :
http://www.plaync.com/us/account/

I click manage and i get back to :

http://eu.plaync.com/eu/

My Location is Europe, Bulgaria. What should i do ?

You dont have to click on the EU flag. Just log in and renew your playtime.
