I am looking for a guide that can recommend the best areas to lvl for a Human Knight. Right now my level is 20. I would also like to find out what quests are worth doing around my level. Quests that will earn me items or money.
If you can help point me in the right direction, I would be most gratefull.

I am planning on DA, but who knows what I might go once I am lvl 40. Once I am 40, I will probably go with whichever is most useful in PvP. As of right now, DA appeals to me the most.
M4r1us was right on the money...u can also begin getting exp in NOS (near Langk lizard grounds) after 20....in low 20's grouped and in 30's solo in the first rooms.
Make sure u sign up for 7 signs to get in.
Grouping with folks in Gludin for raidbosses at mid 20's can get exp FAST. Same with dion. I can't believe how fast my knight went from 26 to 40 with a good combination of RB's and catas/necrops. Luckily I had a warsmith with some adena to help with the exp of that leveling.

I'm also a knight (lvl 29) and the two quests that really stuck out in my mind are Vanquish Remnants (Gludin) and Lizardmen's Conspiracy (Gludio CastleTown). Vanquish Remnants is great because you're gonna want to level at the Abandoned Camp anyways so you may as well make a little extra adena while grinding. Make sure you collect at least 100 badges before turning them in. This way you'll get the black lions mark. And Lizardmen's conspiracy is nice because the reward is 42,000 SP! That's the best reward so far IMO. You probably won't finish this one until lvl 28-29 if you're soloing but it's totally worth it. So yeah check out the Stratics site linked above for the details.
To start the quest in Gludin look for Leopold - he's towards the end of town if you're gonna head south towards windmill hill. He's across from where the Orcs are having their hobo barrel fires or whatever they're doing ;) For detailed quest info go here: http://lineage2.stratics.com/content/library/quests/
