Neutral zone - those should be green to you now
Langk lizardmen dwelling
Ruins of Agony
Around Dion
Around Floran
Cruma Marsh, though may be a bit high for you still
Necropolis of Sacrifice and Forgotten Temple if you are in party

if you go grinding in abandoned camp, do the quest in gludin for black lions... you will get good money for mahums badges! ^^

a good place thats wide open and free of PK is Fellmere Lake area. when you hit 26, go just NW of that to the Windy Hill (make sure to take jewellery) and hunt the singing, babbling, and giggling and sobbing winds.

careful, they use magic.
