Whats better to do for one to progres ?
I bet a combinatin of both but wich quests are worth doing while you are 15 - 20, after you did you starting vilage quests ?
Some quests are fun to do, but my usual quest approach is to see if any quests involve the mobs I am hunting to level. The Black Lion quests (Leopold in Gludin, later Sophya in Dion) for Ol Mahums are two of these. Having those active while you level gives you a little bonus on each mob.
The quests in the game suck. Take them only if you know you will be in the specific area of a quest and enjoy levelling there. It makes you feel like you are getting something rather than nothing. But in the end it's all just empty calories and msg. That 60 adena you'll get per quest item will go a long way. :-)
At 40, get coins of magic at wh keeper in HV
If you are levelling in Heine area grab the Alligator Island quests. The treasure chest is fun until the 10th time of running to reset the quest and open the box.
If you are planning on levellin in the Garden of Eva get the quest from the temple in Heine.
Best bet though, if you know you will be levelling somewhere there is a quest and getting good xp, grab the quest, else you are wasting your time.
You can easily do bear and werewolf quests until you are 19, that's if you are ork.
Around lvls 9-11 it's werewolfs+bats, then werewolf cheftans+bears until 19. Nice white tp green mobs to hunt and decent quests.
