I am closing in on C grade and I was wondering what would be advicable for a BH in C and B grade. Right now I have a +8 Winged Spear and a Brigandine Set. Price check on +8 Spear would be nice too ;)
I was thinking about going Composite cause I always go in party and don't really need the extra hp that much. And after that maybe Zubei heavy in B grade?
No idea about good C and B pole's though.
As for the Polearem Orcish Poleaxe (opa) is Top C grade shoule be arounf 13-15 mil just the plain item.
For armour Comp is not bad but beside the little extra mdef it offers nothing for u ( weight reduce u already got ). FP offers beside the extra HP better block rate with shield and a little more Pdef. If you only use polearms and dont tank maybe plated leather set is worth a thought wiht added str wich means extra damage.
For B grade armour i would say Blue wolf heavy is good ( look at the set bonus ). Zubei could be ok too if u dont like stat changing. Top B grade Pole is Lance.

I went all the way from 40 to 52 with composite armor and "Helmet" (D grade) on my warcryer, because the few comp helmets on the market were way overpriced. No thanks, I'd rather do without. If you feel you don't need the set bonuses, you can do the same (40-52 shouldn't take that long anyway). You can get the armor fairly cheap for C grade, and go BW heavy when you hit 52. IMO that's the best B grade set for BH.
Well yes, Composite Helmet Designs are so rare that crafting them is almost out of the question...as demand stays high and there are not that much available: well we all know the outcome of that don't we.
BW Heavy looks good too, I'm going to give it a thought to just jump in Composite Armor for C and start saving for BW heavy already.
