Overlord Seals Question

I've got a couple of questions for anyone out there who can help:
1. Which mobs drop the seal of slow, seal of chaos, soul guard, seal of suspension, seal of silence and seal of winter? (I've yet to find one who sells some in Giran :-( ) PS: I know there's a site where i can find this but I dunno the address :-(

2. Which seals are worth learning? PVE and PVP-wise.

I know I ask too many questions but any help would be greatly appreciated ^_^ Thanks.

Can anyone answer my second question?

2. I see overlords using Seal of Binding and Seal of Silence (on mages) for PVP, at higher levels CP heal (cannot remember the name). And Heart of Paagrio.

Seal Of Winter - Low Mana great land rate, slows down the mops something terrible. Gloom good for seiges and PvP, Binding, Silence, Heart, CP heal is very late in the 60's. All of the buffs are nice and most of them fit well with the other buffers in the game.

Almost all of the amulets drop from the Timak's up by the Apostate area.
