When I look through the listing of quests, many are listed as "All" races. Does this mean that my Orc Fighter on the Seigehardt server can go to other starting villages (besides Orc Village), find the NPC character, and do the quest? If the answer is yes, how do I find and get to the other starting towns? The maps included in the game don't seem to show all that much, just my starting village and a few nearby locations, like the Frozen Waterfall and Cave of Trials. Thanks for any help.
yes and the other villiages are on the map just very far from the Orc area. Dark Elves start in Dark Elf Village, Elves in Elven Village, Humans on Talking Island and Dwarves in Dwarven Village. :) Clever names, don't you think?
i dont know if youve tried this, but click and hold on any point on the map, and move your cursor. this is called Panning the map.
you can Pan all over aden world.
what you cannot do is see on the map where the Gatekeepers will teleport you to.
theres a website that will EXACTLY map your travel route with fees, but we wont go into that.
right now, suffice it to say the easiest way to get to any other village from Orc village, is use the Gludin teleport ONLY after youve hit level 20 or more. outside them starter villages can be rough.
adenas will also be a necessary evil to overcome in teleporting. please remember to take an average of 50k adena wherever you go, just in canse you need to port back real quick.

"Should" is the word here.
Usually by lvl 20 you have a bit of adena to throw away. Teleporting around is expencive, especially for a brand new person to the game.
But....you can run anywhere at any level if you want, just avoid mobs as they maybe aggro type.
Erm....just noticed you're an orc.
For you, the only way out of your starting village is by teleporting out, or so I think. Maybe Splatter knows a way you can run out of the Orc Ville. I dunno of one.
Theres a quest you can do to get a free teleport out of Orc Village.. or so I believe. I think its called "Gatekeepers Offering", you can get it at lvl15, and you get it from the GK.
I definatly know theres one for dorfs.. I havent personally done the orc one.

The quest is there for no particular reason other than to make it easier to get to the mainland. (A 3K 'reward' at best.) There are no quests for getting back however. (6K cost)
I strongly suggest staying in Orc lands until L20 and your L20 quest requires you to head to the mainland. Simply because there are no good money quests until L21 on the mainland and the mobs are easier to handle for your level in NG equip in Orc lands anyway. You could Manor for cash, but this takes a bit of work to understand and get good at, so I recommend it more for secondary alts that I do for a person's first main unless they really want to go at it.
There is a quest (for lvl 2 or 3 not sure) where u have to do some runarounds and get a soe:Giran as reward. In giran then u have to do the quest from lux store for a soe:Hometown. Pretty good quest if ya want to suply/equip an alt without porting to his noobtown and/or usefull later for classchangequest (well, u have to carry the scroll for 40lvls then, but u cant drop it, just 1 inventoryslot lost)
You were right about waiting for a higher lvl. I went there as lvl 19 to do my Orc Raider quest. I dies twice fairly quick. So I decided to go back to Orc Village and lvl up a little more before I go back.
Nah, the mainland is not that bad, you just have to stay away from meanie mobs.. And meanie players too.. :p
