I get the feeling that Invincible simply gives up hope when there leadership is gone.
I havn't seen Voo, or GMB much in game lately. That leaves Mocosa and TL running the show for the most part.
So what happend. I know Tl was on vacation at E3. And that leaves Mocosa. Was he the one in charge of getting you to even compete in seven signs?
I mean you guys didn't even try this week? What happened?
I am ready for the simple, we dont care responses. But we all know thats not true. Everyone wants SA crystals and no one wants debuffs.
Mirage didn't bail Dawn out with a last second effort at 31- this time. I am just curious. What happened?
We know that when GMB isn't in lead your ally has nothing. But I was not under the impression that having nothing means completly giving up and not trying.

monday night around 6:30est we waited to see who was going to win, then since it was Dusk we signed up. now we get a week of hunting in the catas with hardly anyone around.
we get mammon access etc. plus we saved 50k each not having to pay the dawn registration fees. no crapolla buff either :-)

Pretty clever since all the farmers will most likely go to the spots you xp'd in during competition week, enjoy your week of peace and quiet in the Catacombs and Necropoli.

Don't give that 7 days notice BS. You've had weeks. We set the first 53- score on monday.
You all wouldn't of beat 31- even though we didn't do as good as normal lol. Last time it took you all a solid week to beat ours. It's all about luck and having perfect spawns. Skill too, which was lacking considering every team almost had a full wipe lol.
No limit was just to make a clean sweep. Next festival we'll have chant of vict so we should be able to put up a 8400+ score.
they did try, voo was on trentonic and cienight on youjca. they are all like taking a week vacation now cuz they spent TWO SOLID DAYS trying to beat the 64- score. it was pretty f'ing funny watching them kill each other in the festival once TL joined with his main on the second day. You're an f'ing joke TL. Nice job taking 2 days to even get over 8k score.
The unlimited was done to divert their attention off the other scores considering they needed multiple festivals to compete with the seal stone counts. They were given a chance to beat the score, the screwed up and were blocked every time after that.
The 31- score is the HIGHEST score to date on the server. Low socre hardly considering the difficulty of that festival when BD's, accumen weapons and good robes don't exist for that festival.
So please morons, before you speak about something you don't know, participate in the festivals yourself. Most of you are just nipple deep on the "we don't wanna try we'll let the zerg handle it and we'll just reep the benefits" bandwagon. Please grow a pair and do something on your own. Don't rely on your zerg because you can't fit 500 people in a festival.

Do you mean the same bug we spoke about last week to have you all throw it in our faces as some kind of lame excuse? I'm glad you had a chance to experience it.
7 days notice, absolutely brilliant, you have literally had weeks of notice. I'm hoping next time will be more competitive and that the people you rely on actually want to help you out instead of beng absent like last week.

Not to be flippant, Canto, but that competition was not meant to be a free pass. It is unfortunate that it was uncontested as long as it was (it hit the one year mark this past competition).
L2 is a game of sweet victory and bitter defeat, because every action does come with consequences. The Seals competition is an extension of that.
Asking for the competition to stop is about like asking you to quit playing. If you dislike the mechanics that the Seals competition forces upon you and the server, your complaint is best aired with NCSoft.
Edit: And if your statement was somehow more general about the war at large and it's impact upon the server, again, that's a mechanics issue and your complaint is best aired with NCSoft.

You would have a dead forum listed with newbs saying they are new to the server and RP posts.
I look at the threads of this forum at the moment and I see 5 new player posts. One, Nine page RP post and 1 Invin/Chaos posts.
I say down with the RP posts and newbie posts. At least for non carebears who don't sit on the fence during battle and wait for the last minute to sign on a side for seven signs.
Would be much better if we could just talk about doing nothing and RP and how we won't take a stand for dusk or dawn but instead wait till we know the winner.

1...this forum is kinda dead in some ways. at least that's been my opinion for awhile.
2...others of us have to play enough in-game to try to get to levels to participate. Since those of us casual noobs with less than 5 months in game may not HAVE even B-grade toons yet, we're not welcome anywhere (except new clans of other noobs).

I would never say not to use your numbers to an advantage. Its what wins the battles. However, if you choose to zerg up and use numbers. Then don't whine and complain that you get no fun at sieges. This server as it is now, is all just a waiting and numbers game. if you got the zerg you fight and win with little doubt of losing. if you dont have the zerg to back you up you fight smaller battles where it's more even provding you with a chance of actually winning.
As for the waiting aspect everyone has done it. when inv was in power ppl waited for them to annoy enough people untill the zerg a massed and took em down. same thing inv did while syn was in power. now inv is back in power again and it's chaos's turn to wait and fight the smaller battles where we have odds of winning

I don't know you. The fests were done by a handfull of Invincible memebers who have been doing them for a long period of time. This is changing, and things hopefully will go smooth with the change that is going to take place. Also you say we out number you yet EVERY seige or major pvp event for the most part the numbers have been euqal. Then again this game isn't ment to be fair. NUMBERS WIN. WELCOME TO L2, the game most of us have been playing for two years now. Invincible has had numbers at times and at times we had near nothing and STILL were showing for large pvp events.
I really don't care if we get any action at the castles or not. Since Chaos is all talk there is nothing Invincible should worry about.

Why so many ppl complain about the numbers. (most ppl called it zerg). It's a kind of tool to win. It has been proved thousands of times either in L2 or real life.
Syndicate used to beat inv coz syndicate have numbers, when inv get numbers, inv beat syndicate. Now inv has numbers so inv win, if u want beat inv then u need get more numbers than inv. The key is just the ability to get more numbers. U didn't get this ability so u lose. It's as easy to understand as 1+1=2. When u lose, u should ask urself -Why I lose ? Then u find the reason and then u should try to improve it if u want to win next time, but not complain why here and why there. It's just like ---- deleting windows from ur computer in front of others does not mean you own microsoft. If u want to beat Bill Gates, try find a way to earn more money than him, complaining won't make u rich.

I know the typical american education encouraged individualistic heroism as fas as is shown in many movies. However, unfortunately this game is designed by NCsoft - a korean company. In eastern culture, individualistic heroism won't be magnified so much.

First of all, I never said L2 denied the role of individual. Just as u said, NCsoft give the prize to the best(or maybe the best) player of each class a name "hero" and give them some bonus like making them shining.
However, just as I said, this kind of gift was not magnified so much. There are many of non-shining players who can beat the shinings in 1v1, and if this is a 1v5 situation like twist assumed, the shining guy have not a chance at all.

More sides, more action, less waiting until you have the numbers advantage bs.
Lets see, during Invincible's first rise to power, they stepped on anyone and everyone along the way, thus making a whole lot of enemies along the way. Eventually, due to boredom and other factors, they were removed by the newest Zerg. Invincible returned, the Zerg that had power fell apart. This time around, invincible hasnt really stepped on anyone, and thus, dont have as many enemies to form a massive zerg to take them out.
If they start making more enemies, Im sure more people will join the fight against them, but right now, that dont seem to be happening. Seems more people are getting fed up with Chaos than Inv if you keep tabs on how many people are trying to join Inv or Chaos.
The Neutrals came out to play a couple weeks back, and had no problems seiging Mirage. Inv stayed out of it, but we had members attacked by Chaos while forming up or retreating. There was ONE incident with Inv, and that was after a clannie Rezzed a chaos member(He was rezzing everyone in sight).

hrm well most of the posts I have seen for Invin about wanting to join have been because they are "on top" (quite debatable..don't want to go into it.). That just turns things into a bad match of CS imo. But w/e.
That and a ton of people want to join VenDDetta O_o
In the end, I would really like to see more people fighting for things not because "ClanX" ****** them off, but for money, or power, or fun. I mean Castles and RaidBosses are both awsome ways to make cash, but no one except Invin/Chaos fightover them, and then everyone complains on these boards about not being able to get any cash/kill RB's.

I'd hope to see Exiles at any of these battles, they are one of the only clans that are crazy enough to fight against the odds.
You want sieges? Don't approve Mirage to defend. But that won't happen cause you might then have a challenge. You might actually have an even fight and you might lose the castle if you go that rout.
So. There you have it. Want sieges. Then stop bringing the zerg.
Think Mirage only signed Aden with Inv when it was taken.
After that no Mirage clans signed defense for any of the inv castles nor did inv signed Mirages, except last siege weekend.
At one point Chaos and Aurorea were close in capturing Aden and thats were a "few" Mirage decided to interfere.
I was sleeping as usual during saturday sieges so i am not sure about the exact numbers.
Biggest siege force ever Inv+Mirage was goddard, about 315-330. Thats it.
Last Giran Siege was approx 250.

You obviously cant count ROFL there was a sea of you guys... and yea, there may have been 250 mirage there, but there is no way that only 125people from each invin and mirage showed up... im sorry but...

No one is worth anything alone. He can find 5 friends to beat u means he is stronger than u coz u can't find 5 friends, he owned u coz he has more friends than u. Yes u can beat him when he was alone again, but u will be beaten harder again by more friends of his again for sure too. overall he still > u.

Individuals only for peaceful times. But there is a war game.
The best soldier is a soldier who instantly follow his orders even not thinking about reasons and meanings. And there is no space for an individuals in war history except for generals with their own armies of unknown soldiers. Armies cannot consist of individuals. And gneneral is nothing without his army.
ps. Socialistic countries has their own individuals - various eminent scientists, writers and so. You a simple minded person if you cannot understand that.
