Rune DE guild

Where is it, that's seriously all i want to know. 2 months i've looked and i can't find it, makes it very costly to get skills.

I take it you have tried your luck at the Mystic Guild by the temple?

What he said.

It's the home of my favorite npc.

Its what happens when you use rusty nails for nukes instead of cursed bones lol

He must be related to these guys (http://aloebera.hopto.org/Quests/summoner/soul.jpg).

I also could not find the DE NPC to get new skill in the beginning, I even did a shout but no one did reply.

Then I tried to teleport into the Guild (it cost 150a) and then looked at the mages corner.
In there all mystic are together. In one end you see Humans and Elves and in the other end you see DE and Orc.

Good luck :)
