Can I upgade a Flamberge sword to a sword of delusion from the BS of mammon? If so, how much does it cost?? Thanks!

Not directly - and you shouldn't.
Turn it into a crystal staff, put mana up on it and sell it.
Buy cheap crystals overnight (as a summoner, you should be good at this ;) ) with the money and buy the SoD.

if you did want to do that tho, exchange freely the flamberge to a stormbringer, and upgrade TWICE to get to a Delu.
the upgrade is about 1.7m AA total for both upgrades (600k the first time, 1.1m the second afaik)
