The Best Tattoo's for a SH

I am currently a few levels away from SH & I am hoping to make my SH to use for PVP I would like to know what is the best combination of tattoo's for an SH since we can have 3 different ones I'm looking for all 3 thank you :)

Pretty much obligatory are +4WIT and +4 INT at the expense of MEN.

For the last tattoo, there are three popular choices:
+4CON/-4STR
+1INT/-1MEN
+1WIT/-1MEN

The CON is probably best for PvP, INT for PvE and WIT is somewhere in between.

Or so I hear.

but basically since I can get 3 I can get +INT + WIT & +CON so I can use all 3 for PVE & PVP right? what doe MEN do again? and will it make a huge negative difference for an SH?

Men is everything that has to do with mana and m.def.
Most nukers go -8 Men without blinking.

If I were you, Id go +4 con -4 strength for the last tattoo slot, since your dark elven con is pitiful unaltered.

Be cheap, like me, and buy the Giran Magic Shop +4 CON, -5 STR. Save about a Mil and a Half and Strenght means NOTHING to you anyhow ;)

tiffy I <3 ya, but every other week u reroll hit lvl 40 and ask about the best setup for pvp. Sweety you ned to hit 65+ atleast for any real pvp... So my advice to you is this...

+4 dex (so you can run to mobs faster to lvl)
+4 int (so you can 1 shot once u get cdl)
+4 men (so you can regen mp faster)

Then stand in the middle of a field and 1 shot mobs. You are going -8 wit, so you don't even think about pvp until you get to an appropriate lvl. :p

But seriously most people feel tats like that aren't needed until 65+ anyway

It wasn't an outburst. I don't mind, it's just something I took notice of.

Ya it is kinda an outburst LOL I love how she says I rerool but I actually haven't I made my Prophet & my elf at the same time I just decided to focus on leveling one more then the other then I decided to go back & level her a bit! So not really rerolling since I made them at he same time! & I'm trying to get all my chars on my account to 40 and with the best stuff in CG (including tattoo's) before I get rid of the account so thats why all the questions :)

every nuker tats setup:
-8men +4wit +4int (int 1st for pve usually, depending on your wpn, emp, etc).
then you can choose:
+4 con -xx str (-6 is fine as well) - extra hp, carry capacity, stun res
or +1wit -1men -- faster casting

Just curious. Does it actualy matter in what order you put your tat's on your char? I can see the point if you can't afford all the tat's at once you go for more HP or more damage first. But if you can afford does it matter?

On a SH... Wit first.

With their naturally high Int... they would benefit from the Wit the most.

That's what my first tat was for SH. I think it was +4 wit -5men... sold at Heine's grocery store. It was pretty cheap too....

Yeah the crappy tats are but I would only -5 a really worthless stat for a SH, like STR. Which is what I did.

If I could only afford a single tat... a +4-5... It wouldn't be con, though I see where you are coming from.

So for an SH it actually does matter what order you kinda put them in! What about a char like a Prophet does that matter what order?

If you get all three at once, no the order doesn't matter at all. If you get one at a time the order just matters in what you want to boost first. Your WIT (casting speed), your damage (INT) or extra CON (HP/CP/carrying capacity, etc).

Personally I would get WIT first, then INT, then CON if money is an issue.

So would this have anything to do with account selling? Selling accounts is lame...

I might not be selling it I might just be giving it away to someone else who wants to try the game out & it doesn't matter what I decide to do with my account why? because it's my account :D

if u want to pvp dont forget the +4 con!! tho it wont give u much it will still make sure u'll stay up for 2 more sec (with abit of luck) and that could make u win^^

Int and Wit is m.atk and casting speed and that is good but so is Men: magic crit (still), mp and m.def.. and btw nukers be glad u can go - in something the rest of us would die to get + in ;)

My dark wiz is coming up to SH status, since im using a demon set (+4 INT saves me some money rather then buying an extra tatoo) and ive got +4 WIT -4 MEN ready (that makes 48 INT, 22 WIT, 33 MEN) so since i have 2 tatoo slots free, should i slap on +4 CON or try something different on the last slot? +DEX maybe for a lil bit more run speed?

Bad idea to go for Dex. you need to kill, preferable 1 shots, not running away. Dex is waste of adena's. Another +4 INT will make a difference.

I would go dex on a healer class but not nuker, you need power not kitability (is that a word ? :P)

Well i was obviously going to use +4 INT maybe later when if i switched to Avadon at 52, was just thinking weather to keep the 4 MEN i would lose from 40 - 52 since it might help is all. (my SH is going to group alot.)

I think that comment is a bit inappropriate for this forum. It's none of my business what Tiffy decides to do with her accounts, but "It might not be selling" and "maybe I have a friend" doesn't exactly sound convincing either.

+4 int -4 men, +4 wit -4 men, +4 con -4 str.

Or you could go dex instead of +con :)

Well I have a nuker too, SPS, and I got the following tats:

+4 WIT -4 MEN
+4 INT -4 MEN
+4 CON -4 STR

Its cool at this moment, I can kill mobs faster and with less shots. Also this combo is great in PVP. But... If you want to be prepared for C5, then you should think about saving some MEN, because most of the debuffs will lay on MEN. So, if you have -8 MEN on a nuker, you can get easily a stun, since stun is going to lay on MEN (thats what I heard, so dont crucify me if I'm wrong lol).

I've been talking with some 7x nukers and many of them rather this combo:

+4 WIT -4 MEN (more casting)
+4 DEX -4 STR (more speed)
-4 CON -4 STR (more HP)

So, there are many combos you can choose. Although, it depends of your lvl, PVP skills, playing role, and so.

My advice: You can get the -X STR in town (magic shops, grocery stores) for cheaper if you get them -5 or -6 STR. ;)
