only thing that effects it is skill lvl vs mob lvl

0 int - same spoil.
mattack has nothing to do w/ spoil (activation):
your lvl, spoil lvl - mob lvl. that's all

Dorfs cannot spoil.
Only DWARVES can spoil.
And the spoil effect and success and speed is not affected by any spells or stats other than skill lvl vs. mob lvl.
