OK...if you had the chance to buy a +11 crystal dagger w/MM for lets say 300 mil
and you have a small saving fund you where saving for S grade. That with a little help from a few clannies you could get the 300 mil but it would drain all you funds and would put off thinking about getting S grade for a very long time.
to sum up: is a +11 Crystal dagger with MM > Angel slayer ?
The point of a MM dagger isn't PAtk, but special landing rate. So, in short, why not simply buy a seperate dagger for swings and stabs? Everyone else and their mother has a backup weapon. I don't know why people feel the urge to OE MM daggers.
Personally I would go for the +11 cd w/mm simply because S grade weapons are getting more and more common, and so far we have only seen the low s grade weapons. A +11 cd with might mortal is a rare sight, and it will become even more rare as people push their luck and try to further over enchant. Buy the crystal dagger. In the end it will be more rewarding.

Can you explain what it does? I don't see anything that says when I looked it up.
it increases the landing rates of dagger specials in C2. This was considered overpowered, and the ability to add the SA to the weapon was removed. However daggers that currently had MM were kept in the game. This was the stupidist thing that NCsoft ever did. Right now if they removed mm people would lose 100s of millions of adena. If it the ability to add the SA was allowed again, it would screw the same people over.
NCsoft just really messed up when they didn't remove it from the daggers... well they messed up when they removed the sa, but that's debateable.
Thank you for explaining that. It seems in all MMORPGs they make something that is "too good" and make it inaccessable, while leaving a few in the game to tease people.
Whether they remove an item from the loot table, change (nerf) the item and leave prenerf ones in game, or in this case removing an enhancement.
All this does is drive up the price of the item, making people think its better than what it really is. Later on when that weapon is obsolete people will still be trying to charge an arm and a leg for it.
300mil is completely absurd. lets say you buy daggers at 3mil and EWC at 500k each (for ease of math, prices drop way below this durring events). buy 40 daggers and 356 enachants, that leaves you with 2 mil left for putting the SA on the dagger when C5 comes out and MM returns. im pretty sure you can do better than +11 with 40 chances.
well droping your weapon have have a chance of doing that anys ways. Yes you should get the cd with mm +11 or not mm is the best thing for daggers in pvp but. is some what lame in pve . If you want to own ever thing in pvp and some get the dagger . just for pvp and if you do get the +11dagger it will be good for pvp and pve due to its high p attack.
If I was a daggerer, and had that much adena, I'd get it in a heart beat.
Also, I think that 300m for an Ultra Rare, Highly Enchanged Weapon is not a bad price, considering that it's:
1) Top C dagger
2) +11
3) Might Mortal <--- This alone is worth a very high price on an even a +0 dagger.
It's really no different than say paying 150m-200m for a +12 Homunculus. Except Homunkulus(accumen) is easily available at any time for under 10m.
...to be clear, i was thinking MM meant might mortal. and i was thinking that it was comming back. and i was also thinking aht 300 million adena is completely ludicrous...but that was just what i was thinking...
