I have noticed that it has become increasingly difficult to actually speak to a /gm without getting an automated response.
First occasion is reporting bots. I understand that having submitted a petition including names, these offenders should be investigated at some point. The problem is, this does not fix the problem of bots being in every catacomb room. From what I hear, these programs will automatically log out when a gm comes in range...how do you get a gm to show up then? You cannot train the bots as there are no mobs anywhere nearby to train them with. If you pk them, they log a high level enforcer to kill you.....there is absolutely no solution. (this is something i really only see in low level places on my sub or scav, higher levels places they will leave I guess cause their enforcers can kill you).
The second occasion was reporting glitched mobs. On one of the bear bridges, three of the bears were glitched to the room below where the raid boss is. Me and by friend I was hunting with wasted 6 petitions only to get the same automated response that /gms dont spawn mobs on player request and there is nothing wrong with the npc server. We finally had to take care of it ourselves.
While I can understand the backlog fo dealing with farmers must be enourmous, I do not see a reason why i couldnt get a /gm for the gitched mobs. Is there any circumstance or issue that will actually land you a live person to speak to?
